Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1-3 business days after the order is processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors, such as courier service delays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package online through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@mandhishop.com.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes
We accept deliveries to P.O. boxes within the Netherlands. Please ensure that your P.O. box information is accurate at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Shipping
For international orders, the recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the Netherlands may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country and must be paid by the recipient. Mandhi has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damages
If you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods as they may be required for the claims process. Additionally, please notify us at hello@mandhishop.com so we can assist you with the process.
